You may notice that some of the actions, key performance indicators (KPIs), and goals (collectively referred to as "elements") in this dashboard may not be exactly the same as those listed in the Sustainability Action Plan. As sustainability staff began collecting data and metrics representing the progress on each of the elements noted above, there were a few elements that staff noted could not be measured with the data available or that did not appropriately reflect the metrics that needed to be reported on. As such, sustainability staff updated a select number of the plans elements to adequately measure the appropriate data while remaining true to the original intent and spirit of the element. Updates to any actions, goals, or KPIs were presented both to the Town Board of Trustees and the Advisory Committee for Environmental Sustainability (ACES).
