The Town is funding Slow the Flow sprinkler evaluations and services through Resource Central. Those who have completed a Slow the Flow evaluation are eligible to receive a free Rachio smart controller or Rain Bird rain sensor. The Town Water Rebates program offers Superior homeowners rebates credited to their utility bill on certain water-conserving products and appliance purchases, including EPA-approved "WaterSense-certified smart” sprinkler system controllers.
