Work with HOAs to develop and communicate standard guidelines for turf removal and xeriscaping.

Working with HOAs on water conservation is on the 2024 Advisory Committee for Environmental Sustainability (ACES) workplan. They have begun work with the Ridge on xeriscaping and will continue to communicate with HOAs on best practices, especially in light of HB 23-178, where HOAs may not prohibit the use of xeriscape.
