Increase % onsite municipal renewable energy generation

To cover energy consumption at Town facilities that exceeds onsite generation, the Town purchases renewable energy through Xcel's Renewable*Connect program for all remaining electricity usage and purchases offsets for its facility natural gas usage, ensuring that 100% of Superior’s facilities are powered by low-carbon energy sources.
