Description
The Town adopted the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) into its municipal code, which includes the following requirements for EV-readiness in new development in the Town:
- For commercial multi-family buildings (4 stories or greater):
- 25% of available parking spaces must be EV ready
- 50% of available parking spaces must be EV capable
- 25% of available parking spaces must have EV supply equipment installed
